You have 30 days from the delivery date to decide whether the product is right for you.
If you’re not completely satisfied — whether you’ve used one capsule or the entire bottle — just contact us to request a refund.
Please note: We’re unable to process refunds while your order is still in transit. The 30-day window begins once your package is delivered.

No need to return the product, even if the bottle is empty.
3. How to Request a Refund
Once your order is delivered, email us at zenvialife@gmail.com within 30 days.
Please include your name, order number, and a short explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
We’ll process your refund with no hassle. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (in some cases, up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
If a return is necessary, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
5. Exceptions

For EU customers, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason. Simply follow the steps in section 3.
